Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a trained Reiki master uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (life force energy) through your body to reduce stress and improve healing. Reiki is energy healing that balances your mind, body, emotional and spiritual bodies. This session is perfect for a full-body energy reset!
