Awakening what is it? A spiritual awakening is really coming back to yourself, and it's an awareness of a new reality, and who you truly are. You’ll feel called to uncover the true meaning and purpose of life, and once you start, there’s no real going back. Which to me is a blessing in itself, although it could feel like chaos, like your world is spinning out of control, headaches, confusion,questioning life choices etc. Honestly awakening can vary from person to person. In a way it's a sign we need to take time for ourselves. Stop people pleasing. Listen to our bodies, acknowledge our body, love our bodies wants and needs and know that it's ok to be you. You're human. LOVE YOURSELF!
